Tracey Starr (aka Samlow) is the Heart 2 Heart Connector™️; a business, digital marketing and personal development mentor; #1 best-selling co-author; inspirational speaker; promotor of conscious messengers, products and services (aka Miracle Messengers™); and Body~Mind~Spirit Coach. She is also a renowned leader known for her entrepreneurial spirit and philanthropic dedication. She devotes her life to giving and making a positive impact in this world. She seeks spiritual partnerships where sharing and giving back are part of the mission. Tracey works with some of the most renowned transformational leaders around the globe assisting them in raising the vibration of the planet, helping humanity to wake up to our true nature, and realize that we are all One.

With decades of experience as a business owner and independent consultant, Tracey offers a variety of services to her clients that span the range of total business and financial management; marketing and sales development; operations, organization and systems implementation and maintenance; event management and promotions, and heart-centered customer focused support. Writing and speaking are two of Tracey's passions. Whether it's writing her own content, copywriting for others, or getting her message out in front of a crowd, Tracey is herself a Miracle Messenger™. She's been a ghost writer for many known messengers, and even has a poem published with The National Library of Poetry. Delivering a story or a message is Tracey's gift, whether it be written or on stage.

THEATRE & VISUAL ART

Tracey studied theatre and art. She has experience being on stage in front of grand audiences, as well as on camera. Her background includes acting, voice-over work, emceeing events, and motivational speaking. Although she spent a decade operating her own food service and hospitality companies, she has always had a passion for performing and entertaining. Tracey has been honored to be the President of The Piven Theatre Workshop and has worked with many arts organizations assisting with fundraisers and other philanthropic efforts. In her spare time, Tracey also still enjoys dabbling in the entertainment and theatre industry modeling or acting.

HOSPITALITY

Hospitality is Tracey's middle name. After studying accounting and providing business consulting services for troubled companies, Tracey ventured out into our world as an entrepreneur. For a decade, Tracey owned and operated MJ Catering & Events, a special events and off-premise catering company; The Corner Chef, a food retail store; and Currents on the River, and a 175 seat full-service restaurant and bar with international cuisine on the Chicago River across from the Willis/Sears Tower in the heart of Chicago, IL. Her companies created upscale high profile events for world renowned clients and guests at some of the most prestigious venues in Chicago, including the John Hancock Building and The Chicago Cultural Center. She enjoyed being a preferred food service provider for some of Chicago's elite universities including University of Chicago and Northwestern University; theatres including The Piven Theatre and The Second City; entertainment complexes including The Allstate Arena, and sports teams including The Chicago Wolves and The Chicago Rush. Tracey had the privilege to serve a host of dignitaries from around the world including Margaret Thatcher and celebrities including Joan Cusack and Marilu Henner; as well as music and entertainment performers including The Smashing Pumpkins and Moby, and Presidents of countries including President Obama and El Presidente Vincente Fox.

Tracey was a leader in the organics movement and her companies were some of the first in Chicagoland to offer conscious food with healthy and sustainable meal selections; dietary-restricted meals including gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and organic meals for schools and seniors; an eco-friendly supply chain; and a sustainable living mindset to ensure that salvageable foods from her companies were given to local shelters, when possible. Her belief is that food and hospitality are pathways of the Divine. Tracey enjoyed her food ventures feeding hundreds of thousands of guests over the years, and occasionally continues to consult and help mentor others in the field of hospitality.

HEALTH & FITNESS

Tracey has woken up to the meaning of health and the importance of fitness and nutrition. She realizes that in order to manifest our dreams we must have our bodies and minds in top working condition. Our bodies are our temples. What we eat, how we move, and what we think and believe effects every aspect of our lives. Having a strong focus on living well is critical to living your best life and being in your true nature. Tracey suggests that we must understand what we are actually putting into and on your body, as this is essential to good health and longevity. She continues to learn and share information about our food supply and avoiding GMO processed foods/ consumer goods containing other harmful chemicals so to protect you and your loved ones from creating dis-ease in the body. Keeping in alignment with this philosophy, Tracey is a Melaleuca connector and offers their amazing non-toxic products to live better. She also maintains a plant-based lifestyle and states that eating consciously includes consuming that which is provided to us in harmony with Mother Earth. Tracey explains that we must take time to care for ourselves with daily meditation and exercise, as these are the keys to good mind and connected spirit. When you train your body, you also train your mind. Fitness training is the core of your personal strength and offers you another state of mind and being when practiced. Your mind expands when you move physically. Tracey also practices Reiki, yoga, and is a certified Access Consciousness Bars Facilitator. GIVING BACK

Throughout her adventures, Tracey has always focused on building and giving back to her community. She is conscious of the beauty of life and truly believes that success is a blessing to be shared. Being philanthropic-minded, she supports many non-profit organizations with a focus on giving back to our youth and aging communities, the hungry and underprivileged, theatre and the arts. Tracey has touched the lives of thousands in her community, either by feeding them or offering love and assistance through other conscious efforts. Her intention is to share light and unconditional love, and give guidance so others may too awaken to the Universal knowledge that we are all One. She believes that charity efforts are a wonderful way too promote conscious awareness while filling the physical, emotional, or spiritual need of another, (and in turn yourself).

MOM

Also known as "Mom" and "Mommy Uno", Tracey is a dedicated loving mother of two extraordinary children, as well as numerous other neighborhood children. Being "Mom" is her favorite role in life.
